Kimberly Daniels currently
serves in City Council as At Large, Group 1 representative. She is a Desert Storm Veteran and mother of
six. Ms Daniels graduated from Florida State University
with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology, followed by a Master’s Degree in
Christian Education and a Doctorate in Christian Psychology. She was an All-American, World Class
Sprinter in college and during her years in the military. She is currently pastor of two churches, a
best-selling author, and writes columns for Christian magazines and publishes
alerts and newsletters. She is the
founder of Operation Boomerang
which provides transitional assistance to convicted felons. For the past seven years she has been an
influential activist on Capitol Hill for pro-life issues and matters that

Theresa Graham

Theresa Graham, PhD, has
been a Territory Sales Manager for a fortune 500 company, and, at New Life
Christian Fellowship, she managed 140 Children's Ministry volunteers. Ms Graham is a Business Owner and
Legislation Committee member of the Northeast Association of Realtors. She holds a Doctorate in Biblical
Psychology and a BA in Applied Theology.
She possesses PLS Certification from the American Society of
Transportation and Logistics, and is working on a Major in Criminology. Ms Graham is committed to the Arts,
supports School Choice, and serves on the Board of East Coast Ballet
Foundation. She identifies local
critical issues as: Public Safety, Protection of the environment, Economic
recovery, Stabilization of the Fire and Police Pension, No Tax
Increases. Ms Graham holds a Florida
Director's Credential and a C.D.A in Childcare Early Childhood Development,
and plans to pursue a doctorate in education.

Geoff Youngblood

Geoff “Jeff” Youngblood is
the owner of two successful companies which sell and lease industrial power
equipment in 22 states. These
companies, over 20 years, have created thousands of jobs. Mr Youngblood wants to reduce the government
bureaucracy which stifles small businesses, the engine of economic
growth. Mr Youngblood earned his
bachelor’s degree by attending FSCJ and Conservative Theological
University. He has been very involved in Jacksonville government,
serving on the Charter Revision Commission and the Public Service Grants
Council, overseeing the fiscal needs of 70 non-profits. His dedication is
evident: The Employer Support of the Guard awarded him its highest honors, for
aiding returning veterans in gaining jobs.
He received a Meritorious Award from the Sheriff’s Office for his
years of service to first responders.

Athletic Associations, Boy Scouts, Salvation Army, Juvenile Diabetes

Samuel Newby

Sam Newby has lived in Jacksonville all of his
life and has been actively involved with the community for over 30
years. He has served as president of
the Joseph E Lee Republican Club, chairman of the Johnson Family YMCA,
chairman of the Republican Party of Duval County as well as the co-founder and
chairman of the Florida Assembly of Black Republicans. A motivator and mentor, Sam coached sports
at the Johnson YMCA and turned around the lives of several at-risk youths,
who have become successful men and women.
Over the years, Mr Newby has focused on promoting local business,
promoting education and advocating for safer streets. His experience gives him a thorough
understanding of what Jacksonville
needs to become a stronger city, and he will be an effective voice in the
City Council. His experiences define

Mike Anania

|
Mike Anania is committed to
the needs of Arlington,
to work for safer streets, healthy residential neighborhoods and revitalized
commercial corridors. He is a 30-year
resident of Arlington,
a Navy veteran, successful small business owner and leader in the
community. He is a founding member and
President of the Arlington Business Society and a graduate of the Chamber of
Commerce's Regional Political Leadership Institute. In 2010, Mr Anania served on the City's
Mobility Plan Task Force, where he helped craft the City's first Mobility Plan, a system which assures
that transportation infrastructure funding is paid by developers, not
taxpayers. He serves on the Operation
Dolphin Task Force, a privately funded project of Jacksonville University
to restore key commercial areas along Merrill Road and University Boulevard. In 2014, Mr Anania was elected Chairman of
the Greater Arlington and Beaches CPAC, where he continues to fight for Arlington's

Al Ferraro

Al Ferraro is a long-time,
deeply-rooted resident of Jacksonville. He graduated from Sandalwood High School,
and started a business in District 2 thirty years ago. Married for 25 years, he has a daughter who
attends college. He knows District 2
is a wonderful place to live, work, and raise a family. But, he pledges to make it even
better. As a business owner, Mr
Ferraro knows from experience what is needed to start, maintain, and operate
a successful business. He will pursue
economic growth, to improve the lives of our hard working people. He will ensure efficient government, to
assure that funds needed for public safety, and core government functions are
preserved, and to reduce government debt.
Mr Ferraro will make certain that tax dollars are spent as wisely and
efficiently as possible, and will always be responsive to the voter. District 2 is a special part of our

James Nealis,
a former Assistant State Attorney, will focus on the District 3 community and
keep its neighborhoods safe by providing our Law Enforcement Officers the
tools they need. He pledges to listen
to residents about the development needs of our community, to protect
property values and to advocate for improvements to San Pablo Road. He will strive to get the City’s financial
house in order, and to resolve the pension dispute. Mr Nealis will
encourage job growth through low taxes and the elimination of Red Tape. Overbearing regulations stifle economic
prosperity. Government overreach does
not create jobs, businesses do. He
seeks to make Jacksonville
to be a better place to start a small business - government must not encroach
upon our constitutional liberties. He

Ryan Taylor

District 4
|
Ryan Taylor is fourth generation native of Jacksonville, who grew up attending all
schools in District 4. He has a
bachelor’s degree from the University
of North Florida in
computer science. Mr Taylor worked 13
Years in City Government, as an IT Manager for the Tax Collector, where he
was involved in planning, purchasing, and implementing systems to improve
efficiency and productivity. His
department assisted constituents on a daily basis. Mr Taylor has owned and operated a small
business since 2005. Currently, he is
employed in the private sector, at CSX
as a business analyst, working with various departments to improve efficiency
and bring new technology to the enterprise.
Mr Taylor has been a member of the Duval Young Republicans, National
Young Republicans, President of Hyde Park Men’s Association, and contributor
to the Greater Jacksonville Agricultural Fair. To revive downtown, he would encourage a
strong infrastructure to attract people to the city center. Mr Taylor has aided in numerous fundraisers
to support the Boy Scouts of America, the March of Dimes, Breast Cancer

Matt Schellenberg

|
Matt Schellenberg has
represented Mandarin since 2011. He
has been a member of many standing Committees and is currently Vice-Chair of
the Finance Committee, and a member of the Rules Committee and the
Transportation, Energy, and Utilities Committee. He has also acted as the Council’s Liaison
to the Port Authority, was a board member of the Northeast Florida Regional
Council, the Chair of the Tower Review Committee, and the Chair of the
Special Committee on Utilizing UF Health for Healthcare Delivery, which found
$8,000,000 in yearly savings for the taxpayers. He currently represents Duval County
in the Florida Association of Counties, is a member of the Special Committee
on Capital Improvements, a member of the Finance Economic Development
Incentives Committee, a member of the Special Committee on the JEA Agreement,
and the Chair of the Audit Subcommittee.
Mr Schellenberg graduated from the University of Florida,
majoring in Political Science. Later,

Reggie Gaffney

Reggie Gaffney, a native of
Jacksonville
and a graduate of FAMU, founded Community Rehabilitation Center, Inc. with an
initial staff of three. Since then,
the staff has grown to over 100, providing much needed relief services to the
citizens of Jacksonville. After 21 years as an effective District 7
community leader, Mr Gaffney is known for his conviction in advocating for
what his Christian Faith calls: “The Least”.
Mr Gaffney has served as a member of the Florida Charter
Schools for Excellence,
Chairman of the Jacksonville Port Authority and was selected by Senator Marco
Rubio to the Academy Nominating Committee. Mr Gaffney has a demonstrated
history of dedication and commitment to public service. And, he understands the important role that
the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office plays in resolving today’s crime rate.

Pat Lockett-Felder Is a Jacksonville native who
has supported and empowered this evolving community for over 30 years. She would strive to achieve the following:
Create more living wage jobs, improve our schools, and make public safety, a
top priority. Quality, well-paying
jobs are a necessity for a good quality of life. Good jobs are a must for economic growth in
the City and country. With years of
government experience, Ms Lockett-Felder knows what it takes to find
solutions, navigate complicated governmental agencies, and get things
done. There are priorities: Quality
education should be provided equally to all children. A quality education includes great
administrators, teachers and facilities.
Students should be encouraged and supported by all, especially through
scholarships, to further their education beyond high school. Ms Lockett-Felder would promote greater public
safety, to ensure a good quality of life for all communities. Seniors primarily started these District 8
communities, and they must be kept safe.

Reggie Brown

|
Reginald L. Brown, a Jacksonville native,
attended local public schools. He
earned a degree in Criminal Justice from Edward Waters
College and a Master of
Social Science, Public Administration, from Florida A&M.
He has served over 20 years in the U.S. Army and serves as a Reserves Warrant
Officer. Mr Brown notes that District
10 is forced to contend with many issues that impact quality of life. Hence, he pledges to continue to challenge
inadequacies and injustice in the Community and make District 10 the best
place to live and raise a family. Mr
Brown has extensive background in both social services and the military. He began his career as a probation officer
and quickly advanced to Chief Executive Officer for the Project Reach
Foundation. He was elected to the City
Council in November 2008 and 2011. He
serves on several boards and committees, and has received honors for his work
with youth and the community. He
promotes “education as a requirement, not an option”. He has a proven work-ethic and encourages
others to accept civic responsibilities.

Doyle Carter seeks to
maintain old fashioned values, to downsize government and to improve Westside
infrastructure. Mr Carter will bring

12 and Jacksonville. Mr Carter is a lifelong Westside resident. He owned a successful small business for 29
years. He is a member of Old Plank
Road Baptist
Church, and has a
strong commitment for his faith, community and family. Mr Carter served on City Council from 1999
to 2003, and from 2011 to present, working hard for small businesses, aware
firsthand of the issues they face. He
sponsored two bills to increase homestead for seniors and worked to enhance
Senior programs. He fought for and
acquired New Fire Station 57, the relocation of Station 32 and Station 43 in Baldwin. He fought for the business development of
Cecil Field, adding 4,000+ jobs. He was
instrumental in the new interchange at I295 at Collins Road, I10 at Marietta, Hammond Blvd and roads for Cecil. He has served on the Justice Coalition

Bill Gulliford

District 13
|
Bill Gulliford has been a
resident of Jacksonville
and the Beaches community since 1954.
He graduated from Bishop Kenny High School,
then the University
of Florida. After military service, he joined his
father’s construction equipment business, which he expanded until 1996, then
sold. Mr Gulliford has started two
other businesses involved in the sale and exportation of construction equipment. He was elected to the Jacksonville City
Council in 2011, to represent District 13, which includes the Beaches and the
southeastern section of Duval
County. In 2012, Mr Gulliford was awarded the
Charles D. Webb Award, for extraordinary commitment to public service and was
unanimously elected Vice President for the 2012/2013 Council Year. Mr Gulliford served as Atlantic Beach
mayor from 1988 to 1993. Prior to
that, he served as Atlantic
Beach city
commissioner. Mr Gulliford has both
the governmental and business experience to make a difference, and he has the
strength of commitment to make the tough decisions, to make Jacksonville’s a more responsive and more
